These guys are so cute. Not colorful, but that doesn't matter - they are regulars in our garden and definitely not too shy of humans. Whenever I hear their chink chink call, I think of rubber soles of sneakers squeaking on a tile floor. Don't get me wrong - it's totally not like nails on a chalkboard, but rather a comforting and familiar sound.
